The Xenith8
The Xenith8 was built upon the knowledge gained by having made hundreds of Xenith7's--discoveries were made and have been implemented into the design of the Xenith8. One design advantage is the range and scale list is greatly expanded. No longer limited just to scales in D, the Xenith8 ranges from C# to F# and supports some of the greatest handpan scales of all time.
The Xenith8 captures what I refer to as the 2nd golden era of handpans - 8 note instruments that give the player the full expression and essence of the sound model. Completion found within the 8 notes will leave both player and listener with a sense of contentment.

Xenith8 Scales
Sweet/Major
Major scales lend themselves to a more uplifting sound than minor scales. Sweet but not too sweet, like a white peach on a summer’s day.

Savory/Minor
Minor scales are what people think of when they hear handpan music. Moody and melancholy, minor scales are a perfect fit to bring out the best in these instruments.
Spicy/Harmonic Minor:
Harmonic Minor scales are bold and defined. Distinct in flavor they are powerful and unwavering. They can be demanding of the player.

What Happens After I Pre-Order?
When you place a pre-order you will get an estimated wait time. The clock on that wait time starts when production begins. As production progresses, you will receive broad updates like what I am working on this week, what percent of the batch is complete, where in the Pacific Ocean the boat is that is carrying my handpan bags, etc. When it is time for me to start your Xenith you will receive a personal message with an estimate of when your Xenith will be ready to ship. Then you will get notified of shipment and receive the relevant tracking information.
